成人看護学急性期領域の演習科目において、ジグソー学習法を取り入れた教育プログラムの学習\n評価を明らかにすることである。\n方法 : 看護学部2 年生の学生を1 グループ5 名の計20 のジグソーグループに分けた。ジグソー学習法の主課題は「術後1日目の全身状態の観察」であり、4 つの専門課題(肺音・腸音の観察、創部・ドレーンの観察、深部静脈血栓症の観察、問診の方法)をエキスパートグループで深めた後、ジグソーグループに戻り専門課題を教え合い、一連の技術を実施した。学生評価には質問紙を用いた。\n結果 : 82 名の学生が調査に参加した。学習評価の結果、ジグソー学習法は「術後患者の全身状態の観察の理解に役立った」、「自己の専門課題の理解に役立った」、「グループワークに責任をもって参加できた」、「積極的に参加できた」、「メンバー全員で協力して進めることができた」の項目に関して高い評価が得られた。\n考察 :
