| 内容記述 | This study examined the effectiveness of experiential learning-based leadership development programs as compulsory subjects at a women’s university in Tokyo, Japan. For the first year through the first half of the second year, students demonstrated significant improvements in leadership behaviors, particularly setting an example, sharing goals, and performance-oriented support. The systematic experiential curriculum aided in achieving these behavioral gains. To further examine leadership development mechanisms, future research should involve multiple institutions and diverse assessment. | |||||||||||||||||||||
