| 内容記述 | 目的 : 個別ケース検討会議における連携状況の実態と関連要因を明らかにする。 方法 : 母子保健担当保健師314名に無記名自記式調査を実施。個別ケース検討会議の開催と連携の実態について記述統計を行い、関係職種との連携状況の3群と連携促進要因の関連を分析した。 結果 : 58名から回答を得た（回収率18.5％）。関係職種との連携状況は、45名（80.4％）が「まあまあ上手く行っている」と回答。連携促進要因が不十分とする割合が高い項目は「スムーズに連携が出来るように、業務手順が確立されている」「連携による成果と連携上の課題について評価をする機会がある」であった。連携促進要因17項目のうち15項目で連携状況との有意な関連がみられた。 結論 : 業務手順が確立せず、支援の評価も十分でない自治体が存在する可能性が示されたため、今後は関係職種が共通の認識で業務を行うよう各自治体で業務手順をマニュアル化し、支援を評価することが有効であると示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective : This study examined the current status of collaboration in individual case review meetings of the Regional Council of Countermeasures for Children Requiring Aid and associated factors. Methods : An anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was administered to 314 public health nurses working in maternal and child health services. Descriptive statistics assessed the implementation of individual case review meetings and collaboration status. Associations among three collaboration levels with related professionals and collaboration promoting factors were analyzed. Results : Responses were received from 58 participants（response rate, 18.5%）. Regarding collaboration with related professionals, 45 respondents（80.4%）reported moderately successful collaboration. Frequently insufficient factors included the established of work procedures for smooth collaboration and opportunities to evaluate collaborative outcomes and challenges. The level of collaboration was significantly associated with 15 of 17 promoting factors. Conclusion : The findings reveal that some municipalities lack established work procedures and systematic evaluation of support activities. Standardizing procedures and evaluating support activities based on shared understanding among professionals may improve collaboration in case review meetings. |
