| 内容記述 | 目的 : 支援を要する妊婦を見極める際に新人保健師が重視できていない情報を明らかにし、新人教育や基礎教育を行う上での一助とする。 方法 : 関東1都3県にある市区町村の母子保健担当部署において、新人保健師の活動をサポートする立場にある保健師を対象に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。 結果 : 回答者58名のうち、57名分を有効回答とした。「妊婦に関すること」、「パートナーに関すること」、「家族（胎児を含む）や家庭に関すること」の各カテゴリにおいて、多くの新人保健師が支援の必要性を見極めるために把握できていない項目が存在することが明らかとなった。 結論 : 支援の必要性を見極める際に新人保健師が重視できていない情報は、妊娠届出書等に記載されていない項目であり、妊婦から話す、もしくは保健師から問わない限り把握できない情報であった。 新人教育や基礎教育においては、所定項目以外の情報に関する教育を行うとともに、広い視野をもてるようトレーニングする必要があると示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective : To identify information that novice public health nurses may overlook when identifying pregnant women in need of support and to use this information to educate and training novice public health nurses. Methods : An anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was administered to public health nurses responsible for maternal and child health departments in municipalities in Kanto region（Tokyo and surrounding prefectures）to support the activities of novice public health nurses. Results : Of 58 respondents, 57 responses were valid. It became evident that across the categories of “pregnant women”, “partners” and “family（including the fetus）and household”, there were specific items that many novice public health nurses failed to identify when assessing the need for support. Conclusion : Information overlooked by novice public health nurses when identifying pregnant women needing support includes items not listed in pregnancy notification forms and information that can only be obtained if disclosed by the pregnant woman or elicited through direct inquiry by the public health nurse. Therefore, in the basic education and training should incorporate information beyond the specified items and emphasize techniques for engaging with pregnant women from a broader perspective. |
