My previous report (1) examined the circumstances that led to japan including acceptance of foreign nurses and caregivers within the japan-Philippines and japan-Indonesia EP As. described the specific systems that are being employed for the scheme. and outlined the law and systems related to labor by foreigners in japan. This report is a sequel to it. Four years have passed since japan started accepting nursing and caregiver applicants under the EPA with Indonesia, and three years since such acceptance started under the EPA with the Philippines. This report firstly describes the current situation with regard to implementation of the scheme. Secondly, it raises several problems that have surfaced by now and touches on the tasks that need to be addressed. Describing the problems of language, of the disparities in medical service and public hygiene between the countries. of the inadequacy of the policies that need to address these and other problems. as well as showing the problematic nature of the system in the first place, the report attempts to envisage the direction that this policy, which is increasing loosing focus. should take in the future., 論説, Articles}, pages = {63--96}, title = {日本EPAのアジア展開と看護・介護労働の国際化(2)}, volume = {30}, year = {2013}, yomi = {カワウチ, ユウコ} }
