Methods : Data were collected in September 2012. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 268 novices. Logistic regression analysis was performed using “quit being a nurse” and “leave my hospital” as dependent variables and basic attributes, SOC, coping, stressors, stress response, and stress buffer as independent variables. Results : 268 participants’ mean age was 24.9 years. Novices thought of quitting nursing accounted for 64.2%; 51.5% of resigning from the hospital. The factors correlated with “quit being a nurse” included “meaningfulness,” “manageability,” “stress in interpersonal relationships in the workplace,” and “feeling of fatigue.” Moreover, factors correlated with “leave my hospital” included “manageability,” “stress in interpersonal relationships in the workplace,” “feeling of fatigue,” and “degree of control in your job.” Discussion : To provide support for newly graduated nurses to continue in the profession without quitting, it is important for the newly graduated nurse to be accepted as a member of the team, for good human relations to be established, and for practical abilities to be enabled, with supervisors providing concrete, practical support to this end., 研究報告, Reports}, pages = {9--17}, title = {就職後6ヶ月目の新人看護師の離職願望に影響する要因に関する研究}, volume = {4}, year = {2017}, yomi = {ヤマズミ, ヤスエ and キタガワ, アキラ and ヤスカタ, フミコ} }
