内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to analyze educational practices at Kyoritsu Women's University from the perspective of relational leadership and to examine how female students demonstrate this leadership. A survey based on the relational leadership model was conducted with second-year university students who participated in the Leadership Development Course. The results indicated that students effectively demonstrated relational leadership, particularly through attitudes of accepting others and promoting change through collaboration, as well as an emphasis on moral behavior and commitment to a shared vision. It was also suggested that long-term participation in the Leadership Development Course might deepen their understanding of collaborative processes. Furthermore, when compared to students from the coeducational university in the United States, it was considered that the characteristics of relational leadership among Kyoritsu Women's University female students might be influenced by gender and Japanese cultural factors. At Kyoritsu Women's University, leadership development is centered on the Kyoritsu Leadership framework, which is rooted in the university's educational philosophy, suggesting that leadership education is effectively conducted in line with the vision of collaboration. | |||||||||||||
