| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the method how you educate "the skill" of the nursing based on the theory of Nightingale. Therefore at first I clarifies something with "the skill" generally and I take up the example of the guidance scene in the clinical scene of the adult nursing practice concretely and analyze significance and an effect of the legitimate peripheral participation afterwards. This is ever the viewpoint that has been emphasized long ago in the nursing training theory of Nightingale. I point out that the nursing thought of Nightingale is effective in the education of "the skill" of the nursing in today. | |||||||||
