| 内容記述 | 大雨や地震などの自然災害が多い日本では、学校教育においても計画的に防災教育に取り組む必要がある。小学校では避難訓練が防災教育の中心的な役割を担っているが、教師の指示により避難行動をする訓練が多い。避難訓練に児童が主体的に取り組み、訓練を通して、児童が自らの行動を振り返り、改善を図ったり、防災に関わる課題を見付けたりすることが求められている。 また、小学校学習指導要領では、防災を含む安全に関する教育を、現代的な諸課題に関する教科横断的な教育内容として位置付けている。しかし、各教科や領域での防災教育はあまり行われていないことが指摘され、総合的な学習の時間における探究活動としての取り組みが求められている。 本稿では、小学校で行われている特別活動（学校行事）の避難訓練に児童が主体的に取り組めるように活動計画を作成した。また、避難訓練を共通体験と位置付け、体験の振り返りから、学年に適する総合的な学習の時間の探究課題を設定できるように、それまでの教科等での学びを整理した。そして各学年の探究課題と学習内容、想定する学習活動について提案することとした。 In Japan, where there are many natural disasters such as heavy rains and earthquakes, it is necessary to systematically engage in disaster prevention education in schools. Evacuation training plays a central role in disaster prevention education in elementary schools, and many drills involve evacuation actions implemented under the direction of teachers. Children are required to actively engage in evacuation training. Through these drills, they are required to reflect on their own actions, improve them, and identify issues related to disaster prevention. The elementary school course of study also positions safety education including disaster prevention as cross-curricular educational content related to contemporary issues. However, researchers have noted that there is a lack of disaster prevention education in individual subjects and domains, and efforts are required to address this through exploratory activities in the time allocated for general learning. The purpose of this study was to develop an activity plan for children to actively engage in evacuation training as a special activity（school event） held in elementary schools. In addition, we propose that evacuation training be positioned as an experience common to all subjects, and that learning activities be linked to setting exploratory tasks in time allocated for general learning, so that issues gained from experience related to disaster prevention can be resolved across subjects. |
