| 内容記述 | This study was designed to investigate ECEC（Early Childhood Education and Care）teachers’ perceptions of developmental disabilities and inclusive childcare and compare them by public and private and by preschool, as well as to investigate parents’ perceptions and compare them with those of ECEC teachers and parents, by means of a questionnaire. The results indicated that ECEC teachers were more aware of “content” than “terminology” for both developmental disabilities and inclusive childcare, suggesting a relationship with opportunities to learn and the extent to which inclusive childcare is implemented, respectively. A comparison of the perceptions of ECEC teachers and parents revealed that ECEC teachers were significantly more aware of both developmental disabilities and inclusive childcare. These findings suggest the need for securing opportunities for ECEC teachers to learn about and practice inclusive childcare in more detail, and the desirability of actively providing information to parents. | |||||||||||||||||
