| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、母性看護学実習体験による看護学生の描くライフコースへの影響と看護学生による実習評価との関係について検討することである。調査内容は、実習記録による実習の満足度、実習中の技術経験項目、自己評価点および、質問紙による実習後のライフコースへの影響（5件法）であった。対象者は24歳以下で、結婚・出産経験のない看護学生93名（20.6±0.9歳）であった。母性看護学実習が自らのライフコースへ与えた影響について、「かなりそう思う」と「少しそう思う」と肯定的に答えた学生は79名（84.9％）であった。ライフコースへの影響と実習における満足度との相関関係は見られなかった。技術経験項目と自己評価点「人間関係」とに有意な相関が認められた。周産期の家族への看護を主体とする母性看護学実習が青年期女子のライフコースに与える影響があることは予測されたが、実習における技術経験項目や自己評価点とは弱い相関関係であった。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of maternity nursing practicum of the life course designed by nursing students and the self-evaluation by nursing students' during nursing practicum. We analyzed the degree of satisfaction with the practicum, clinical experiences during the practicum, and self-evaluation points of the students from nursing practicum reports. Subjects were 93 unmarried, childless nursing students aged ≤ 24 years (mean: 20.6 ± 0.9). Students were asked to rate the effect on their choice of future life course on a five-point scale based on their practicum experiences. Seventy-nine (84.9%) students answered as either "strongly agree" or "agree". The effect on life course did not correlate with the degree of student satisfaction with the practicum; however, it significantly correlated with student self-assessment in "relationship". We had predicted that the effects of nursing students' life courses in the maternity nursing practicum would lead them to mainly choose family nursing as a career choice. However, the practicum had a weak correlation with the events experienced in the practicum and the students' self-evaluation. | |||||||||||||||||
