| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、母性看護学実習における看護学生の自己評価に影響する実習体験について質的に検討することである。母性看護学実習を終了し、研究の同意が得られた看護学部3年生の女子学生5名を対象に、2016年2月に学生が実習で体験した内容および実習の自己評価への影響について半構造化面接を実施した。分析は逐語録を作成後コード化し集約し、カテゴリー化を行った。自己評価に影響する実習体験として、【看護過程の展開ができたことによる理解度の深まり】、【褥婦の心のケアの難しさ】、【対象者への敬意をもった接し方】の3カテゴリーが抽出された。また、実習の満足感として、【実習前に演習ができたことによる技術への安心感】、【妊産褥婦との関わりからケアにつながった自信】、【教員から否定されない関わり方と教員がいる心強さ】、【スタッフの対応による実習の充実感】、【生命の誕生と児の生命力の実感】の5カテゴリーが抽出された。看護学生の母性看護学実習の体験から自己評価には、実習の準備性、知識に基づいたケアの実施、教員やスタッフといった人的な影響が明らかになった。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to qualitatively examine the aspect of practical experience affecting self-evaluation of nursing students in maternal nursing practicum. After completion of the practicum, nursing students from the School of Nursing, third grade, completed a self-evaluation. In February 2016, five female students consented to participate in this study; in addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted about the impact of the self-evaluation after a nursing practicum and experiences with the nursing practicum. Word-for-word data was encoded, and then categorized. With practical experience affecting self-evaluation, three main categories were extracted: “How to respectfully communicate with the subject”, “Difficulty associated with the psychological care of puerperal women”, and “Level of understanding due to the possible deployment of nursing process deepening”. With respect to satisfaction with the practicum, five contents were extracted: “Sense of reassurance that students could practice technical exercises before practicum”, “Self-confidence stemming from increased involvement with pregnant and puerperal women,” “Encouragement that teachers are in the practicum field and teachers do not deny a student”, “Sense of fulfillment of the practice by the staff,” and “Feelings associated with birth and newborn vitality of life.” Consequently, it was concluded that practical experience in the maternal nursing practicum of nursing students who participated in self-evaluation enhanced their approach, including increased readiness for practicum, better implementation of knowledge-based care, and human effect, such as teachers and practicum leaders. | |||||||||||||||||
